Tandem are committed to delivering innovative, smart, ethical, and sustainable FM services and solutions. To achieve our aims and objectives, we partner with Envirotech FM to deliver our FM services at managed properties. Envirotech FM employ all site-based staff within an environment based on training, learning, and development. They use the SimPro CAFM system to manage all building asset information and they operate our 24/7 Customer Service Desk.
