Reporting directly to the CFO, he provides day‑to‑day support across financial governance, process improvement, and the delivery of clear, dependable management information to support business decision‑making.
Background
Mark joined Tandem in 2019 and has progressed through the finance function, developing a strong and well‑rounded understanding of the business and its financial operations. ACCA qualified since 2021, he combines technical expertise with a practical, process‑focused approach, supporting consistent reporting standards, strong financial control, and continuous improvement across the finance function.
