Elliot joined Tandem to provide maternity cover for Maria Vincent. He focuses on residential management instructions. His experience supports a more dedicated service for residential clients and tenants, which is a key aspect of Tandem’s growing portfolio of mixed-use projects. A major part of Elliot’s role is to develop Tandem’s service offering for residential properties including refurbishment of vacant units, marketing and letting management and high-quality customer services.
Background
Before joining Tandem, Elliot’s extensive experience included growing a high-end residential management business at Acara Management, where he led the Property Management team for six years.
