Lena joined Tandem in November 2023 as part of the merger with PM&U Ltd. She handles all aged debt from the smallest items to the largest, this may include the instruction of necessary legal action to recover debt including instructing bailiffs and lawyers. She also works closely with tenants to agree payment plans.

Lena has over 20 years experience in credit control, having held roles at NG Bailey, Chubb and PWC.
