Chris is the dedicated onsite property manager at Langstone Park in Havant – a large, mixed-use business hub comprising 480,000 sq ft of flexible workspace on the south coast. For tenants on site Chris is the first point of contact for all property management issues.
Background
Chris brings over 20 years of facilities management experience to his role at Tandem having previously managed properties for a variety of organisations, namely Bellrock Group, NHS Property Services Ltd and Portsmouth City Teaching NHS Primary Care Trust.
