Sarah joined Tandem in 2019 to lead the Property Finance Team. Her role involves the preparation of detailed financial and management reports for high profile clients. Her reporting role includes the preparation of profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and bank covenant reports. She is also responsible for the mobilisation of all new instructions and client money compliance.
Background
CIMA qualified since 2013, Sarah has over 10 years’ experience working in Property Finance. As an Associate Director at GVA, she was responsible for driving profitability and business development with both new and existing clients. She was the main point of contact for several platinum clients at GVA and most recently, she was Head of Supplier Performance at National Express PLC across a variety of spend categories with values over £800m.
