Shaukat leads the Property Management Accounts Team in London responsible for key client reporting, service charge management, regulation and compliance across all aspects of the client service. He was responsible for the transfer of data for over 40 clients to the QUBE software system and has developed detailed and exceptional knowledge of the system.
Background
Shaukat held roles with MJ Mapp, Broadgate Estates and JLL where he dealt with clients including Scottish Widows and Capital Shopping Centres. He has over 25 years’ experience in finance and accounts across property, telecoms, oil and gas and manufacturing sectors. He has five years’ professional experience with accountants Deloittes and Grant Thornton.
