Hayley Woolley
Credit Controller
Hayley joined Tandem in 2024 as a credit controller in the Property Management Accounts Team. She deals with all aged debt from small individuals to large contracted rental payments. This includes instruction of legal action to recover debt where required including instruction of lawyers or bailiffs. As part of her role, Hayley also recommends payment plans, prepares refunds, adjustments and write-offs as appropriate.
