To ensure that ESG remains a priority within the business, Tandem has established an ESG committee who meet monthly. We consistently take actions to address the three pillars of our policy; Planet, Communities, and Workplace.
Planet Mark is the most easily internationally-recognised sign of progress in sustainability. Tandem has been certified since 2021.
The Better Buildings Partnership’s Managing Agents Partnership is a collaboration of the UK’s leading property managers who are committed to improving the sustainable management of commercial real estate. Tandem has been an active member of the Managing Agents Partnership since 2020 and contributed to the Managing Agents Sustainability Toolkit.

Generated by expert analysis of 5,600+ academic research studies, Fitwel is implementing a vision for a healthier future where all buildings and communities are enhanced to strengthen health and well-being. Tandem has two certified Fitwel Ambassadors who can advise clients on gaining Fitwel accreditation for their assets.
