Arif joined the Birmingham Credit Control team in July 2026 as part of Tandems Apprenticeship Programme.

We are passionate about creating pathways for people to start and grow their careers, and this programme marks an important step in developing the next generation of finance professionals.

Through hands on experience, mentoring, and structured learning, our apprentices will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.
