Joseph joined the Finance Shared Services Team in Birmingham as a Credit Controller in August 2026. He is responsible for managing aged debt across the portfolio, supporting the recovery of outstanding balances and working closely with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong cash collection performance.

With over seven years of experience in credit control, account management, and customer relationship management, Joseph brings a strong background in debt recovery, cash collection, and stakeholder management. Prior to joining Tandem, he managed high value customer ledgers for a leading national beverage manufacturer and has a proven track record of reducing aged debt, resolving complex account queries, and building strong customer relationships.
