ESG principles as a managing agent
Sustainability is the golden thread within the property lifecycle. We deploy key actions at each milestone, treating the asset as a living entity. Prior to appointment, we work with our clients to understand their ESG ambitions. This allows us to embed actions within our asset management mandates and review performance. As members of the BBP Managing Agents Partnership, we are involved in several working groups and deploy best practice toolkits within our property asset management methodology.
