Adam joined Tandem in September 2019. He leads our Newcastle Office and has over 11 years’ experience in property and asset management. Since joining Tandem, Adam has acted as Account Manager on the management of a large retail/leisure development in Durham by Clearbell and is a senior member of the team delivering the management of nine funds for M7 Real Estate.
Background
Before Tandem, Adam worked at Avison Young where he specialised in the management of commercial property for a range of landlord clients, including major, multi-national property investors, developers, and public sector bodies. Previous experience includes leading on the management of out-of-town retail parks for Ares Management and the management of the sub-50,000sq ft logistics portfolio for Logicor.
