Credit Controller
Katie joined the Credit Control team in the Property Management Accounts Team in Birmingham in 2024. She handles all aged debt from the smallest individual items to the largest contracted rental payments. This may include the instruction of necessary legal action to recover debt including instructing lawyers or bailiffs. As part of her role Katie also recommends payment plans, prepares refunds, adjustments and write-offs as appropriate.
Background
Katie has over 10 years’ Credit Control experience gained in the manufacturing industry, where she successfully set up and managed Credit Control functions and processes from scratch.
