Wayne Aryitey

Wayne is a senior property manager in our London office. He currently operates as a liaison for our residential portfolio, overseeing the operations of our key assets such as Rugby School’s Bloomsbury Estate, Sundial House & Londes House located in Bond Street.

Background

With five years of residential property management prior to joining Tandem, Wayne has primarily dealt with a large, highly established portfolio ranging from 200+ residential properties, prior block management experience & individual private lets to assisting with larger scale refurbishment projects within his previous role.

He is a BA Marketing and Communications graduate and has previously worked as property manager at Hadleigh Residential located in Belsize Park & Oaktree West London located in Ealing. He is currently also working towards his ARLA Level 3 qualification in Property Agency.
