Neelum Choudhury

Neelum brings over 18 years of real estate-specific experience to her role as Head of ESG at Tandem. Her approach is multi-faceted integrating environmental, sustainability, social equity, and governance excellence for Tandem and our clients. She will lead change across our diverse, managed portfolio of properties and spearhead Tandem’s journey towards greater sustainability and positive societal impact.

Background

Prior to joining Tandem, Neelum worked extensively with investors, investment management firms, and asset and property management teams, developing a strong understanding of industry dynamics and best practice. She is actively involved in industry collaboration, contributing to the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) Managing Agent Partnership and as Co‑Chair since 2025. Neelum has also been a member of the Revo ESG Committee since 2023, becoming Chair in 2026.
