He is responsible for managing aged debt across the portfolio, ranging from smaller individual balances to large, contractually agreed rental payments. His role includes overseeing recovery actions where required, including working with solicitors and enforcement agents to ensure effective debt resolution.

He has extensive experience working with high volume ledgers, business-to-business collections, aged debt reporting, and cash forecasting. Thomas is particularly skilled in managing complex accounts and building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
