Kathy is an Accounts Payable Executive in the Birmingham Accounts team. Her key role in this post includes ensuring all Landlord and Service Charge payments are made in line with both client contractual terms and also within the RICS Service Charge Code for commercial property effective 1 April 2019.
Background
With over 30 years’ experience in the Finance and Accounts industry, most recently managing the Accounts Payable Team at NACRO (a social justice charity providing housing, education and substance misuse treatment to disadvantaged individuals across England and Wales) in Birmingham, Kathy brings a wealth of experience across all aspects of her role. She is currently studying CIMA and has good knowledge of NetSuite, Bankline and MSE Excel.
