Tandem will host their next TANDEMTalks event as part of the conference programme at this year’s LAST MILE conference. We’re partnering with the annual one-day summit about the future of industrial and logistics real estate and hosting an informal, round-the-table workshop after lunch. We’ll debate and share expertise and experiences around best practice in urban/SME industrial asset management covering strategy, latest tech solutions, service level expectation, access control and energy costs in an evolving ESG environment.
The TANDEMTalks event series brings asset investors, owners, custodians, developers and occupiers together regularly to discuss property management challenges with their peers. We are looking forward to a lively debate with those who own, manage or occupy industrial assets at the stunning BAFTA London HQ on 14th October.
