Tandem gather in Birmingham for National Conference
A proud moment for the Tandem team when the whole business gathered in their new Birmingham office at 10 Brindleyplace on Thursday 19th October to run through business plans for the next 3 years.
Senior Partners Lisa Riva and John Jones introduced the new LLP Board Members (read more about them here) and set out a clear vision and values for the growing team.
Key to strategy is the development of core ESG credentials building on Tandem’s Carbon Neutral status. The team worked with Alex Broadbent and Shannen Poulton from The RESET Health Group on self-awareness and discussed the staff survey results with business development and leadership coach Andy Syms.
The team were given an in-depth insight into the strength of the Customer Service team by Pinder Hujan and Jeff Smith from Envirotech FM and Julia Pumphrey reminded everyone about the strength of our client reporting using Coyote Software. The keynote speaker was Phoebe Armstrong from Planet Mark who demonstrated the benefits of our approach and the continuing efforts we need to make produce an even bigger difference.
