TANDEMTalks ventured to Leeds on Thursday 20th November 2025 at the Aspire building in Leeds city centre for an update on the regional commercial property markets and to discuss placemaking and the challenges faced by asset investors, owners, custodians and developers across the north of England.
Tandem’s regional directors Adam Hall and Oli Williams head up our Newcastle and Leeds offices respectively and co-hosted an informal discussion, alongside guest speakers (see details below), which was followed by drinks, light bites and networking into the evening.
