The properties, acquired on behalf of a substantial family-owned UK company, feature an attractive mix of retail, office, and residential uses with opportunity for value enhancement. Tandem’s work will cover day-to-day property management, statutory compliance and service charge administration across the portfolio. We are working closely with Zatera to support their proactive asset management approach and ongoing value-enhancement initiatives across these prime central London holdings.
