The asset, fully let to Jaguar Land Rover, operated by DHL, comprises a 17-acre site used as a logistics fleet facility in Widnes. Tandem’s national network of offices is well positioned to support Redevco in this sector.
The Tandem team bring their experience and in-depth knowledge of IOS portfolios to deliver a proactive and engaging management service alongside robust and efficient financial management systems.
