Tandem is pleased to announce its appointment by Kinver Capital, a specialist in the Industrial Open Storage (IOS) sector. Kinver has recently completed on three acquisitions – fully-let sites in Hull, Stoke-on-Trent, and Lincoln – and we are working alongside them to deliver full property and financial management services.
The instruction is being led by Julia Pumphrey and Lisa Eastlake with support from our teams across Birmingham, London, Glasgow, Leeds, and Newcastle all on hand as well as specialist accounting support provided by Katie Rigby and our finance team based in Birmingham. With further acquisitions in the pipeline, we are looking forward to growing the service to support Kinver’s IOS expansion programme.
