Tandem’s 2025 series of TANDEMTalks continues on 6th November 2025, when the Midlands team will welcome guests to our Birmingham office (Brindley Place) for an update on the regional commercial property markets and discuss placemaking and the challenges faced by asset investors, owners, custodians and developers across the Midlands.
Tandem Director and Head of our Birmingham office Andy Smith will host an informal discussion, speaking alongside expert guests (to be announced soon) and valued clients from 4.30pm. The talk will be followed by networking drinks and light bites from 5.30pm. Tandem clients plus new friends are very welcome to join us into the evening.
