Tandem’s 2025 series of TANDEMTalks continued on 6th November 2025, when the Midlands team welcomed guests to our Birmingham office (Brindley Place) for an update on the regional commercial property markets and discussed placemaking and the challenges faced by asset investors, owners, custodians and developers across the Midlands.
