Tandem’s role in the northwest grows for Eric Wright Group

From September 2023, Tandem have been instructed to manage six of Eric Wright Group’s property assets, expanding our property portfolio management services having previously managed one of their properties in Doncaster. Located in the UK’s northwest, the portfolio includes assets in Ellesmere Port, Altrincham, Skelmersdale, and Ulverston. This mixed portfolio of office buildings, light-industrial parks, and a retail parade has over 50 tenants across circa 130,000 sq ft.

Tandem’s instruction for Eric Wright Group includes property and facilities management services, service charge management, and the provision of a 24-hr Customer Service Desk. Tandem will be working closely with the wider team of asset managers, letting agents, and building surveyors to focus on maintaining the high levels of occupancy, ensuring and tracking compliance, and improving the tenant experience to help enhance the value of the assets.
