Tandem has renewed its charity partnership with Action for Children, continuing its support for vulnerable children, young people and families across the UK. Over the past year, colleagues across the business raised £64,000 through fundraising events, sponsorship, volunteering and personal challenges. Highlights included Boycott Your Bed, Tough Mudder, the London Marathon, our first Graduate Property Charity Quiz and career-story volunteering sessions.

More Progress To Report!
We are already building on that success. On 2nd October, teams in London and Manchester took part in Boycott Your Bed 2026 and raised £3,451. Tandem matched every pound, bringing the total to £6,902. Well done to all our brave sleepers.
In the year ahead, the partnership will combine fundraising with volunteering and colleague engagement. We plan to introduce new activities, get more colleagues involved across our offices, and raise awareness of the life-changing work Action for Children does every day.
