Following the sale of the W12 Shopping Centre in Shepherd’s Bush by Land Securities, Tandem – together with Mark Holmes of Holmes Property Partners – has been appointed by the purchaser West 12 Investments, to provide Property and Asset Management services. The scheme currently provides 300,000 sq. ft. of retail and leisure accommodation and includes a 128-room Ibis Hotel and a 12-screen Vue Cinema.



The centre which has an annual net rental income close to £4m provides the dominant local, convenience-led tenant mix with Sainsbury’s and Lidl giving a strong complementary offer to the neighbouring Westfield. The scheme is rounded out by both national and local occupiers across the retail, F&B, and leisure spaces. West 12 Investments were advised on purchase by Jonothan Holmes of Savills.
