Tandem’s Leeds team expands into retail sector
Led by Senior Partners John Jones and Lisa Riva, Tandem Property Asset Management has agreed terms to take on the business of PM+U, a specialist property manager based in Leeds.
The PM+U team of seven staff headed by Carl Foreman will join the Tandem business and continue to provide services for a range of clients including Moorgarth the specialist Investment and Asset Manager. On behalf of Moorgarth, the team will continue to manage a UK portfolio including Bolton Market, Waverley Mall in Edinburgh, Rutherglen Exchange in Glasgow, Westbourne Centre in Barrhead, Bitterne Precinct in Southampton, and Parkgate Centre in Shirley. The agreement will create a Tandem team of twelve in Leeds with considerable depth and experience to support further growth in the regions.
Tandem Regional Head Oli Williams confirmed completion of the deal on 1 November:

The growth of the Tandem in Leeds is a key part of the business plan to challenge the standard approach to property management and provide the highest quality advice and support for key clients.
Tandem has also agreed to move to a new office in Bruntwood’s West Village and merge the teams carefully to ensure a smooth transition of systems and service. Oli Williams is leading the integration as Regional Head for Tandem and Carl Foreman will join the Leeds team alongside Debbie Herrington as Partner. Carl said:
