Tandem is delighted to have been appointed as the property manager for Martley Capital following their acquisition of the Lewis Building and Priory Court in Birmingham.
The asset is made up of c.254,000 sq ft of prime office and retail space — let to 14 tenants including the Ministry of Justice — adding to Martley’s growing MCRO platform, now over £110m deployed against a £500m target for the next 12 months.
