Tandem has been appointed by Clear Sky Capital to manage their substantial, strategically located multi-let UK industrial portfolio.
Working closely with Clear Sky’s Iyngaran Muniandy and Charlie Nairn, Tandem supported the client’s due diligence process leading into the mobilisation of the portfolio on completion. Tandem will provide national coverage with experienced property management teams in Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow offices already fully engaged on the portfolio with Regional Director Andy Smith taking the senior leadership role.
