Tandem has been appointed to manage a private family property portfolio comprising 34 assets located across the country – among them offices in Newcastle and Leicester, mixed-use assets in London, and residential properties across the south coast, including Brighton.




With over 130 tenants across multi-let offices, residential properties, industrial units, and leisure facilities, the portfolio has a number of assets with added value and development opportunities to work on. Tandem will be providing strategic asset and property management advice working closely with the client and other specialist agents to unlock additional rental and capital value.
