XLB and AIMCo appoint Tandem on major south coast business hub

Tandem have been appointed by XLB and AIMCo to manage Langstone Park, a major business hub on the South Coast comprising 480,000 sq ft of flexible workspace suitable for R&D, warehouse, laboratories, offices, and data centres. Langstone Park is home to a vibrant and inspiring community of occupiers with an ambitious development programme underway.

XLB are excited to be working with Tandem who have put together a dynamic and experienced team to work on creating a sustainable, truly mixed-use commercial environment. Tandem will provide full property, facilities, and financial management services to help provide a comprehensive, high-quality service working closely with the team at XLB.
