Modal Property appoints Tandem on initial IOS acquisitions

Tandem is delighted to be working with newly established Industrial Outdoor Storage specialists Modal Property and their experienced team, including Nicholas Schiloff, Matt Sherlock, Morgan Baker, and Hayden Scillitoe. Tandem has been appointed as Property Manager on Modal’s first acquisitions including assets in Manchester and West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an ambitious new client in a new, alternative market sector. Tandem will provide asset, property, and financial management services for Modal and we are thrilled to be alongside Modal from the outset.
