We are pleased to announce two new appointments set to lead our recently opened Manchester office. Based in the city centre at Blackfriars House on the bank of the River Irwell, the new team will be led by Director Jonathan Davies and Associate Director Kathryn Smart who both bring significant property and asset management experience to Tandem. They have excellent local knowledge and experience to drive our Manchester office forwards servicing both existing clients and winning new business. Jonathan and Kathryn are joined by surveyor Reece Holmes who has moved across from our Leeds office to be a part of the Manchester team.
The opening of Tandem’s 6th regional office is part of Tandem’s clear business model and reflects the appetite for growth. The Manchester office strengthens our capacity and reach in the North of England and will be a huge benefit to our clients’ national and regional property portfolios.
