Tandem has become the fifth company to join Audria Group, the rapidly expanding international real estate company established by Swedish investors Pejoni and Fidelio Capital.
This announcement marks Audria’s entry into the UK market and represents an important step in its ambition to build a leading technology-driven platform for real estate services across Europe. The investment sees Tandem joining existing Audria companies Newsec, Novier, Sveaviken and Avy, bringing together more than 2,600 professionals across the Nordics and Baltics in a group that manages real estate assets totalling more than €100bn.
At Tandem we have built a strong position in the UK market – since the company began in 2017 – by combining deep property expertise with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and a clear focus on our customers. We are headquartered in London, with offices in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow, giving Audria a strong platform from which to develop its presence and offering in the UK.
