Background
At BNP Paribas Real Estate, Pav was a Senior Cash and Banking Controller in the Client Finance team responsible for overseeing cash management for property portfolios, ensuring compliance with RICS Client Monies regulations, and maintaining timely and accurate bank reconciliations. At Pennycuick Collins Chartered Surveyors she performed dual roles as Insurance Manager and Assistant Accountant. She managed insurance portfolios and provided comprehensive accounting support, contributing to the firm’s financial operations.
