Laurence De Grandis

Laurence joined Tandem in December 2025 as Associate Director in our London office and is currently assisting on several properties and clients, including 30 Grosvenor Square. Laurence brings with him over 10 years’ of experience in commercial property management.

Background

Laurence joins Tandem following 3 years at a general practice surveying firm operating in the home counties. Prior to this, Laurence was an Associate at Workman LLP in central London working on a mixed portfolio for institutional investors and pension funds.
