Juliette joined Tandems Birmingham team in March 2026 where she is responsible for leading the Shared Service function including Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Treasury teams within Accounts, as well as supporting the wider business on continuous improvement, business growth and operations
Background
Juliette joined the Tandem team having spent 10 years with McDonalds, where she was responsible for leading system migrations, transformation projects and spearheading an offshoring project to India. Alongside this, Juliette also managed and developed large transactional teams, which is where her true passion lies.
