Joe joined the Property Finance team in Birmingham in June 2025. He is responsible for service charge management and reporting to a number of key clients and is part of the team responsible for managing the wider finance function. Joe will be working on a number of key clients including Moorgarth, Augur and Milburngate.
Background
Joe is a chartered accountant who prior to joining Tandem worked at Avison Young, bringing with him extensive experience and a strong background in property accounting.
