As part of a planned programme to nurture new talent within the business Tandem took on several graduates in 2021/22. After an extensive selection process, Jashenna was chosen for her core skills, relevant qualifications, and impressive work experience.
​Background
Jashenna graduated from Manchester University with a masters in Real Estate and Planning. She gained excellent work experience with Ridge and Partners LLP where she worked across their building surveying, quantity surveying, and project management teams. Prior to that, she also acquired work experience in e-commerce and retail.
