With substantial experience in enterprise system management, process optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration, Andy brings a wealth of expertise to Tandem’s Property Finance team. He is a recognised expert in MRI Qube with a strong background in finance, supply chain, and customer service in the property industry. His Business Systems Manager role at Tandem leads on the management and support of our financial systems working alongside Monica Boaru to ensure the optimisation of Finance Shared Services processes.

Previously, Andy held various roles in the credit and collections sector, including Credit Control Manager, Prepayment Manager, DCA Manager, and Insolvency Manager. These experiences have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and customer service, enabling the implementation of effective solutions that streamline processes and improve service delivery.
