Alex joined Tandem in July 2024 as Associate Director in our London office. He works on GMS’s commercial portfolio of office buildings in London and Farran Investments’ national portfolio. Alex provides a supervisory role for several of the client assets and portfolios managed by our London-based Surveyors and Graduates.
Background
Alex previously worked as a Property Asset Manager at Hines (Helix) and prior to that at Savills on extensive commercial portfolios. Alex has a keen interest in ESG and prop tech.
