New board members appointed at Tandem

Following the recent change in ownership at Tandem Property Asset Management LLP, John Jones and Lisa Riva have made a number of key appointments to the Leadership team who will join the Board with immediate effect.

Julia Pumphrey, Sarah Holmes, Andy Millington, and Oli Williams have all been invited to join the board as Members of the LLP and equity partners in the business. They will work alongside John and Lisa to deliver the business plan in line with the core principles of professionalism, strong governance, and a commitment to add value. All the new Equity Partners joined the business in the last 2-3 years and have been at the heart of our successful growth.

Julia leads service delivery across all aspects of the business and drives the commitment to quality for many of our key clients. Andy is responsible for all group finance and governance while Sarah heads up the Property Finance team. Oli is responsible for our regional teams and new business initiatives. The business has gone from strength to strength since 2019 with a head count of over 60 staff based in London, Leeds, Birmingham, and Newcastle.
