Having worked with the majority of the Tandem team at both Avison Young and Tandem over her 20 year career, Vicky provides property management consultancy advice for our national portfolio business having managed a number of our recent mobilisation projects for key clients to ensure the quality and completeness before transition to ‘Business as Usual’. As a qualified Fitwel Ambassador Vicky works closely with Debbie Herrington providing advice to clients and occupiers committed to ensuring that their buildings and communities are enhanced to strengthen health and well-being for all. Vicky is also responsible for the quality of our service charge reporting.
Background
Vicky is a highly experienced and professional property management surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in property management and service charge administration. Vicky started her career as a graduate surveyor at GVA Grimley, before working for 9 years at JLL in Birmingham. Key clients included Scottish Widows, LaSalle Investment Management and Anglo Irish Bank. A return to Avison Young where she managed a national industrial portfolio for Logicor. Followed by a move to Tandem.
