In this pivotal role, Tim assumed responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day management of the extensive City Plumbing Portfolio spanning the North of England, Ireland, and Scotland. This diverse portfolio included a wide array of properties, ranging from modern offices to bustling industrial units and distribution centres.

Before joining MACE Group, Tim held key positions as the Regional Operations Manager and Regional Facilities Manager at Interserve and Avison Young, respectively.
