Meg Hamilton
Credit Controller
Meg joined the Credit Control team in the Property Management Accounts Team in Birmingham in 2023. She handles all aged debt from the smallest individual items to the largest contracted rental payments. This may include the instruction of necessary legal action to recover debt including instructing lawyers or bailiffs. As part of her role Meg also recommends payment plans, prepares refunds, adjustments and write-offs as appropriate.
