Lee joined Tandem in November 2023 as part of a merger with the property company PM+U Ltd. His role involves the preparation and presentation of financial and analytical data to key clients. He is responsible for the overall management of the Leeds-based finance team, ensuring smooth running of the department’s accounting function.
