Emma Swann

Emma has over 20 years experience in property management and has recently joined from Avison Young. She has worked on the Astrea Asset Management portfolio which included trophy mixed-use assets in Mayfair and Knightsbridge on buildings up to 380,000 sq ft and services charges up to £300,000 pa.

Background

Prior to Avison Young, she managed 110 Bishopsgate, 461,000 sq ft mixed-use tower with a service charge of £8.9m, as well as Salisbury House, a mixed-use development of 237,000 sq ft with a service charge of £2m pa.

Emma joins Tandem to work with John and Lisa and the team for the 3rd time in her career!
