Sarah focusses on providing ongoing HR guidance and support across the whole Tandem team, through strategic insight and advice as well as project development and execution. She has worked for many owner managed independent businesses and international networks such as WPP. A trained coach, she thrives on really understanding what makes someone tick and how to help them flourish within Tandem.
